Today is indeed a big day for lightbox production. Because today is finally the project pitching day! The group is aiming to pitch for the A++! On that very day, the whole group was rather nervous and excited. We prayed hard that our project can be completed by 1.30pm and nothing went wrong during the presentation time. Before 1.30pm arrived, we just hope and pray that everything will be perfectly fine.
In this very day, Angie and Andrea really did very well for their presentation part. They explained the details clearly and everything just flow the way we wanted it to be. The entire project were also done on time and all thanks to the entire group work. Without you guys, nothing can be complete. =D
Finally, the module ended today. We were relieved to find out that we did not do very bad. We learnt alot of things through the final assignment on storyboarding and project pitching. Thanks the lecturers for giving so much advices and comments on how we can improve our work and presentation!
Lastly, i also enjoyed working with the group of people like Angie, Andrea, Kirin and Boon Bin. They made the perfect group!

Day 6- 1 more day to final project pitching!
Time is extremely tight! Members of lightbox production don't seems to have much time on their sleeping time! Everyone have been staying up late to do their researches, storyboard and planning for the entire project. Life is really hard especially the day before the final presentation and project pitching. So no matter how tough life is... we will still put in our best effort to pitch for the A++!
Today meet up with Kirin in school to complete on the sets design and the various floor plan. After that we proceed to Boon Bin's house to join the rest of the members for further discussion and then we move on to complete on our various job. Tomorrow late morning we shall meet up to make sure everything that we needed is there and then practice our presentation before we enter the 2D room for our final presentation and project pitching.
Hope everything goes well tomorrow and good luck to the rest of the group but keeping the best luck to LIGHTBOX PRODUCTION! haha =D

Day 5 - Continue with our delegated work.
Lightbox production met up together in the 2D animation room to continue with our own delagated work. Angie and Andrea will continue to do the storyboard and the planning of the mood board. As for me and Kirin, we will continue to work on our part for the budgeting and the sets design. Not forgetting to review on what Angie had drew for the storyboard frames, we gave our comments on how we can improve on it and Angie shall make the neccessary changes before she started drawing more frames for the Animatics. The group works perfecly well and i really enjoy working with the people! Well, back to work topic, I guess today i shall just concentrate on finding the price rating for the various props, studio rental, casts and many more. By tonight i shall be able to complete my research for the sets and arrange them properly so that i can print a hard copy tomorrow for the booklet to our client. Tomorrow i will then start working on my set designs and the various floorplans.

Day 4 - Presentation day or 1st interium exercise!
DAY 4! which is the class 1st interium exercise and also presentation! After looking at what other groups had presented i realized that they really did alot more than us. Initiall, the group just thought that we need to show the draft storyboard and present it on monday. Therefore, not much beforehand preparation were done. The group knew very clearly what are the things we should brush up on and improve on after hearing what Mr Ronald told us. We were rather sad to hear the comments but this is also a good way for us to improve on our work and do better for the final project pitch on thursday! This is also so called as a "motivation" for us to move on further and better! I believe that lightbox production are definetly going to do better for the next round! :)
After presentation, we continue with whatever we are asked to do and do well for our roles. We shall meet up the next day to see what each and every of the members have done and the entire group will review together as one.

Day 3- Meet up at Andrea's house!
Today went to andrea's house to discuss further more about the storyboard and work further on for my part which is i charge of the bargetting and advertising part. At andrea's house, i managed to make a short draft on what are the things needed for the entire project and went to do research on how much roughly it will cost. I realized calculating the budget isn't an easy task. There is so much things to do as i need to think what is needed for the entire production before able to start the production.
The group managed to sketch out the draft that is going to be use for presentation tomorrow and i shall continue to work on the budget section and hopfully everything will be done by monday or tuesday.

2nd day - planning of storyboard
The first meet up to discussion about how our storyboard is going to come about. Boon bin wasn't present because he got to work on that day. Therefore, we decided to have another meet up on the coming Sunday to settle some other stuff.
Today discussion, we viewed the starting scene of the movie Juno and managed to capture some ideas and concept on how we can work on our storyboard. The group do have a rough idea on how the entire storyboard is going to have. And today we also appointed Angie to be the storyboard artist for our group. While the rest will do other things needed for the project brief like the budgeting and advertising etc.
Really hope that the storyboard is going to turn out well and we believe it is going to turn out well too!

1st day - Introduce to Storyboarding and Project Pitching final assignment.
Today in class Mr Ronald introduced the class to the final assignment. We formed our own group of 5. I'm happy to announced that i've got 5 extreme sweet and nice members in my group and feeling fortunate to be able to work with some of them again! They are TAN BOON BIN. ANGIE, ANDREA LEK AND KIRIN!. Hope everything goes well for our FIRST presentation on monday and able to come out with a wonderful storyboard!
